Upon agreement with every client, we provide with our clients with either full or partial management of their companies. We are monitoring compliance with the deadlines provided by law and internal company documents (concerning terms of office of members of statutory bodies, general meetings, meetings of the Supervisory Board , Board of Directors, annual reports, etc. ), ensuring communication with public authorities, review or preparation  of contractual documentation, proposing corporate structure, etc.
